Die aromatische Scheurebe ist eine der bekanntesten Weißwein-Neuzüchtungen. Sie stellt an den Standort ebenso hohe Anforderungen bezüglich der Wärme wie ihr “Vater” Riesling, dazu verlangt sie tiefgründige, fruchtbare Böden ohne felsigen Untergrund.
