Wir beziehen seit einem Jahr histamingeprüfte Weine von Weingut Fuchs und sind äußerst glücklich und zufrieden darüber, diese Adresse gefunden zu haben. Die Weine sind allesamt von sehr guter Qualität, stehen gut im Glas und munden hervorragend. Die Lieferung erfolgt zügig entweder per DPD oder (wenn es größere Mengen sind) per Anlieferung durch das Weingut. Wir können eine klare Empfehlung geben!

Es gibt hervorragende histaminarme Rot- und Weißweine, die durch histaminarme Küche eindeutig bereichern. Mein Favorit der weiße Burgunder.

Nach einer Sendung im SWR-Fernsehen vom September 2021 sind wir auf Fuchs-Weine aufmerksam geworden. Nach einem Probierpaket wurde das Weingut Fuchs unsere 1. Adresse. Nun trinken wir bereits seit mehr als 3-Jahre diese hervorragenden Weine wie „Dunkelfelder, Fuchs Extra Regent und auch die weißen, wie z. B. Scheurebe S. Besonders ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorzuheben. Gerne immer wieder.

Ich bestelle regelmäßig den Merlot bei Weingut Fuchs. Sehr guter Geschmack, fruchtig, aber nicht zu süss. Ich habe eine Histaminunverträglichkeit. Dank des reduzierten Histamingehaltes der Weine kann ich unbedenklich eine paar Snacks wie Chips und Schoki dazu verzehren, ohne am nächsten Tag mit Kopfweh aufwachen zu müssen. Gern bestelle ich regelmäßig weiter bei Weingut Fuchs.
