The vine requires best locations. The spicy bluish-black berries of Cabernet Dorsa ripen late and can reach high degrees of ripeness.
Fuchs Cabernet Dorsa wines are dense red wines having pronounced tannines. We bottle Cabernet Dorsa as a single grape wine and also as a cuvée partner together with other grape varieties.
Cabernet Dorsa is a good choice with meat dishes, especially beef and venison.
