Taste

Merlot off-dry is a wine for lovers of red wine who prefer it not too dry.

The red wine has a clear, powerful ruby-red colour. Its taste is well-balanced and has fruity nuances of ripe plum. Its mild acidity makes this wine silky in taste.

Merlot Off-Dry and Food

Merlot off-dry is an allrounder with food. It goes well with meat- and venison or Italian dishes and it tastes pleasantly with cheese or a cold supper of sandwiches.

Enjoy the Merlot at room temperature. In summer it can also be enjoyed lightly cooled.
