Scheu’s Grape «S» has a well-balanced and elegant fruitiness with nuances of ripe pears and a touch of plum.

The combination of sweetness and acidity is exhilarating. The acidity is gentle and the fine sweetness is very pleasant.

This Scheu’s Grape wine goes well with Asian food, aromatic and spicy dishes, with cheese and with fruity sweet desserts.

Die aromatische Scheurebe ist eine der bekanntesten Weißwein-Neuzüchtungen. Sie stellt an den Standort ebenso hohe Anforderungen bezüglich der Wärme wie ihr “Vater” Riesling, dazu verlangt sie tiefgründige, fruchtbare Böden ohne felsigen Untergrund.
