This Gewuerztraminer is especially full-bodied, while the aromatic and spicy bouquet of the grape is highly developed with plenty of very fine flavours and the typical fragrance of roses.

Flavour and sweetness are well-balanced and the acidity is ripe and pleasantly mild.

This aromatic white wine is a delicious, spicy aperitif. It goes well with sweet-and-sour dishes and with pâtés, with barbecued poultry or pork as well as with pungent cheese and sweet desserts.
